Easy Bacon Egg Roll for Breakfast


What's in there:

2 Medium Eggs

1 Small Tomato

1 Small White Onion

3 Cloves of Garlic

Pepper

Salt

Dried Basil

Start with the bacon, let it sweat.

Sauté with chopped garlic, tomato, and onion.

Beat the eggs and add pinch of salt, pepper and a dash of ground basil.

Let's get ready to roll!

Roll slowly, make sure that the egg is cooked solid before flipping.

This usually only take 2-3 rolls to complete.

Voila! Bacon Egg Omelette is now served.

For more fun, add cheese! :)
